New Strategic Plan Under Development

FWPA’s Board has committed to undertake a ‘clean slate’ strategic planning process to ensure that FWPA’s activities are clearly aligned to the needs of stakeholders and reflect changes in the operating environment.

The new strategic plan will build upon the organisation’s successes and you can view the results from our most recent independent performance review here.

The new strategic plan will guide FWPA’s activities over the next 5 to 10 years.

Comprehensive industry consultation is a critical element in the development of this new strategic plan. FWPA has arranged to gather industry input in a number of ways, including this survey.
