ForestTECH 2014: Remote Sensing – Field Inventory – Forest Estate Planning

ForestTECH 2014 

The very popular ForestTECH technology conference series has been run annually by the Forest Industry Engineering Association (FIEA) for New Zealand and Australian forestry companies. In recent years, the theme has been selected according to the speed of change and assessment of the opportunities that adoption of these technologies can bring to local forestry companies.

Last year’s event sold out with over 400 forestry managers and harvesting contractors attending.

This year ForestTECH 2014 will be held on 19-20 November 2014  in Rotorua, New Zealand and 25-26 November 2014 in Melbourne, Australia. Mark the dates into your 2014 calendars!

ForestTECH 2014 will present a low overdue insight into the impact of remote sensing and mobile communications technologies. While its still early days, if you are interested in either presenting or exhibiting, let us know and if appropriate, we can look to build you into the planned programmes.
